Multiplier event – Italy – SILVER EXPERTISE
Tuesday 27 March 2018, inserted within a wider Seminar concerning “A RETURN TO COMPETENCES TO MANAGE COMPLEXITY” organized by VISES Onlus and LUISS, the Silver Workers Project has been introduced to almost 100 participants coming from different research centres, universities, national organization of managers and entrepreneurs, social parties, trade unions, business incubators, business angels, public and private stakeholders, labour market actors, silver workers, etc…
In the afternoon a specific focus on “SILVER EXPERTISE: RENEWING COMPETENCES TO MANAGE THE FUTURE” has given the opportunity to the Italian partners of the Silver Workers project to present the project results and outputs and to disseminate the availability of the SW e-learning platform for entrepreneurial skills for 50+.
But, even more important, the session has given the opportunity to participants to the Italian Pilot Training, to introduce their project works and business ideas to a qualified audience of experts and stakeholders.
There was an intense participation and interactive involvement of the audience, contributing as a meta-plan methodology, with suggestions, improvements and identifying possible weaknesses for the future development of the Silver Workers ideas.
